CHINA HAS STOPPED SALES OF APPLE PHONE

China is very important for Apple as it is the second-biggest market for them. However, it is also a very challenging one. In last few months, China has banned iTunes Books ad Movie apps of Apple. The reason of the shutdown was that there was a leather company has their stamp as ‘IPHONE’ on their luggage. Now there is another challenge for Apple again. Intellectual Property Office of Beijing has stopped the sale of Apple mobile phone as a China phone maker has sued them for the similar product.

Shenzhen Baili's  has their model called 100C and they claimed that the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S are similar to their model. Since Apple has appealed to a higher court and waiting for Beijing Intelligence Property Court to review the patent case, the sales in China still continue not only in Beijing, but all over China.
Even though, in most cases the big companies win somehow, China is a special market that challenges any big firm. Therefore, the case could turn to any side, this time.
Since Baili is not a very big and well-known firm, many Chinese users of Apple might get irritated.
